We are pleased to report that the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") recently issued a Letter of Allowance for the LDAR Solution's patent application (SN 60/616,308) filed in 2004. As more specifically described in allowed patent application and claim set the invention is directed to portable human carriable devices that transmit radio frequency signals representing measurement data over a wireless communications link during the emissions measuring process.
When the patent issues as we expect, LDAR Solution's will own the exclusive rights to manufacture, use, sell and offer to sell devices covered by the claims.
